We were there with my husband and after hiking all we want to do was going back to the motel and spend time relaxing in our room with a breathtaking view. I highly recommend this place if you don’t like hotel chains or big places. We’ll definitely go back.

The Reid Hotel is an extraordinary hotel with a unique story to tell. It is housed in a landmark building that was constructed in 1916 . The hotel was moved to its current location by a team of horses in the 1930's . It was originally named the EGAN , then the MAYO before becoming the REID HOTEL.
Today it is the most luxurious hotel in northern British Columbia. The REID HOTEL boasts 9 elegant accommodations as well as bespoke services and amenities such as our unique concierge service and a small but elegant adult only restaurant and lounge (opening in fall of 2024). Our restaurant will offer an elevated but approachable food and beverage service.
